What we collect
We collect your contact details, sender and receiver addresses, the contents and value you declare, and — for shipments to India — your receiver's identity document (Aadhaar, PAN or passport).
Why we collect it
To price the shipment, produce the label, and satisfy the destination country's customs requirements. Identity documents are shared only with customs authorities and the carrier where required.
How it is stored
Identity documents are encrypted at rest and access is logged. Payment card details never reach our servers — they are handled by our payment provider.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time, subject to the retention period customs authorities require us to observe. Marketing emails are opt-in and one click to leave.
What we never do
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone other than the carrier and the customs authorities handling your shipment.
